These terms govern your use of matched.ie. By using the site you agree to them, so please read them. We’ve kept them as plain as we can — nothing here is meant to trip you up.

matched.ie is operated by SproutMedia Limited (registered in Ireland, company number 525040), of 26 Upper Pembroke Street, Dublin, D02 X361, Ireland. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “matched.ie” mean that company; “you” means anyone using the site.

Information, not advice

matched.ie is an independent comparison site. Our reviews, rankings and guides are provided for general information, to help you make your own decision. They are not personalised financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, and they don’t account for your individual circumstances.

Before you buy or switch anything, read the provider’s own terms and satisfy yourself it’s right for you. The final decision — and responsibility for it — is yours.

How we make money

The site is free to use and funded by affiliate commissions: when you buy through some of our outbound links, we may earn a fee at no extra cost to you. This never affects our rankings or what we recommend — the full detail is in our affiliate disclosure, and how we reach our verdicts is in how we test.

Accuracy & availability

We put real effort into keeping matched.ie accurate and current, but we can’t guarantee it. Prices, discounts, features and availability change often, sometimes without notice, and errors can slip through.

Provider names, logos and trade marks shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison only.

Links to other sites

matched.ie links out to providers and other third-party websites. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or practices. When you follow a link, you leave matched.ie and become subject to that site’s own terms and policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives here, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
